Jiangsu Factory (Jiangsu Reak Healthy Articles Co.,Ltd)

Jiangsu Reak Healthy Articles Co.,Ltd is localed in Jiangzhou Squae, Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province. The factory construction was started in 2002 and finished in late 2004, covering an land area of 25000 m2, with production & warehouse area of 18000m2 and office & dormitory area of 54000 m2.
Jiangsu Reak focuses on production of sportsmed braces and orthopedic soft goods. The main production processes include circular knitting, flat knitting, neoprene laminating, cutting, high-frequency welding, ultro- sonic welding, injection, metal processing, sewing and packing.
The factory was managed with reliable quality system (certified by TUV SUD for EN ISO13485:2016) and with respect to social compliance requirements (meeting BSCI and SMETA standards). We also keep improving our production processes with the guildence of LEAN manufacturing way.
Moreover, the equipped R&D lab in this factory is able to make most of the necessary functional physical tests covering materials and finished goods.

 

Anhui Factory (Anhui Reco Sporting Goods Co.,Ltd)

Anhui Reco Sporting Goods Co.,Ltd is localed in Quanjiao Economic & Technological Development Zone of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It was put into operation in March 2019, covering an land area of 44000 square meters, phase 1 production & warehouse area of 6500 m2 and office & dormitory area of 5000m2. Anhu Reco focuses on sportsmed braces and sports protectors, and is scheduled to pass all necessary HRP and Quality audits at the beginning of 2020.
This new produduction site was launched to fulfill the increasing order demand from our customers. Within the next 2 years we target to achieve the same production capacity as Jiangsu factory in this new site.
